Meet the Northridge Team
Glenn Mueller, President, Northridge Holdings Ltd., has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. Glenn joined Northridge in March 1988.
As a young boy, Glenn had a newspaper route which included a 30 unit apartment building. He often thought that one day he would like to own such a building. The following year his parents started investing in real estate and actively involved Glenn and his brother, Dale. This inspired Glenn to pursue this area of investments. Glenn purchased his first apartment building in 1970, and soon expanded the family investments to include outside investors forming separate limited partnerships for each property purchased. Glenn, as president of Northridge Holdings Ltd (which is the General Partner for each limited partnership) has grown the real estate investment partnerships from 54 apartments worth $1,324,000 14 years ago to its current holdings of 973 apartments worth approximately $77,000,000. During his real estate career, Glenn has directed the purchase, management, sale and/or condo conversion of 78 real estate projects totaling 1935 units. He has developed partnerships and financing unique to the industry including using IRA accounts in the purchase of real estate.
Glenn has attended numerous courses and seminars concentrating on the purchase, creative financing, syndication, management, condo conversion, development and sale of real estate and creative uses and laws concerning IRA accounts.
Glenn serves on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations including The Beacon Foundation, The Horizon Foundation, Grace Ridge Partners and On-The-Edge Ministries and serves as a deacon at Harvest Bible Chapel Naperville, IL.
In 2001, Northridge Holdings received the “Good Neighbor Award” for its “outstanding contribution to Chicagoland communities”.
